Esto es algo que los niños siempre disfrutan hacer juntos. Ve a la tienda local y lleva a casa algunas de tus flores favoritas  para plantar en macetas y en el suelo. Este es un momento de diversión y muy barato para los beneficios.

Hacer paletas de frutas con sus hijos!

Ellos disfrutarán hacerlas y también comerlas! Sólo tienes que añadir jugo  fruta  hecho en casa a moldes de paleta y congelarlas. Los moldes de plástico se pueden encontrar en cualquier supermercado.

Noche de película!

Que sea especial. Acuéstese sobre unas mantas y almohadas en el piso, o en el sofá. No te olvides de las palomitas y golosinas!

This is something that kids always enjoy doing together. Go to the local store and grab some of your favorites to plant in pots and in the soil. This is a fun time of bonding and very inexpensive for the benefits.

 Make Fruit Popsicles with your kids! 

They will enjoy making them and also eating them! Just add homemade fruit juice  popsicle molds (you can find these plastic molds at any supermarket) and freeze them.

 Movie night! 

Make it special. Lay on some blankets and pillows in the floor, or cuddle up on the couch. Don’t forget the popcorn and treats!
