4 Ways of eating coconut oil
If you don't like the taste of coconut oil alone, you can try to exploit its benefits as follows:
- Eating half fresh coconut. Coconut has natural oils in its flesh, so eating this fresh fruit will provide the same benefits as 3 tablespoons of natural coconut oil
- Mix it with olive oil to dress a salad
- Add a few drops to your smoothies and teas. You do not even notice the difference!
- Cook with it. Supplants the vegetable oil with which you make your meals, and use coconut oil.
