A green smoothie with a hint of cinnamon



If I had to choose a dish for my breakfast most mornings, knowing that I'm getting the proper nutrition, I'll always choose a green smoothie. They are full of nutrients, fiber and chlorophyll. For those who don't like the idea of a drink made of green leaves, I bring one that will be complemented by the magic of the cinnamon.

They are hidrating, diuretics and tonics. A green smoothie takes care both inside and outside and is an excellent partner to maintain your ideal weight while still consuming the necessary nutrients. It also improves digestion, strengthen the immune system and reduce allergies.
