I'm a fan of natural waters, and today I'm sharing a recipe that I particularly love:  The Apple and Cinnamon Water, which not only helps to lose weight but also provides energy to our body, and eliminate toxins.

Apples are rich in fiber and pectin, these help reduce cholesterol and most importantly, purifies the body of harmful metals found in the environment, such as lead and mercury, and contribute to heart's well function and circulation. It strengthens our immune system with vitamin C contained in this fruit. As for Cinnamon it's energizing, and contributes to good digestion and blood circulation.

To prepare our water simply cut an apple of your preference (red, green or yellow) into slices and put these slices at the bottom of a jar. Fill it with natural or sparkling water, add the cinnamon stick and ice to taste. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve cold. Don't you think it's naturally delicious?
