Here's #YellowMonday! And with it, I know many people feel guilty for having a bit too much during the weekend. But don't worry cause I got the perfect solution for you! Let's try some cucumber water.
To combat the excesses of the weekend, I share this recipe for cucumber water, lemon and mint. Its green color is beautiful and very refreshing taste. Cucumber, has anti-inflammatory and prevent the retention of water. They are also a source of vitamins A, C, K, potassium, iron and calcium.
So let's get it started!
You'll need the following ingredients:
- Natural water or sparkling water (as you prefer)
- ¼ cucumber
- ½ lemon
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 2 kiwis (optional)
The first thing to do is remove the cucumber peel. Cut into slices lemon and kiwi. Place them in a jar, with sprig of fresh mint. Fill with water (still or sparkling) and refrigerate.
Remember, eating clean!
