The most important meal is breakfast! You already knew it? Well you're on the right track. Today I want to show you an easy fat burning breakfast recipe.

Why breakfast is the most important meal? Because it should be good enough to push your body and give you energy, nutrients and strength for the rest of the day.

The typical power breakfast is preferred by nutritionists oats. How many diets have not tried to have oatmeal for breakfast? And although it has incredible benefits, today I want to leave an easy recipe that integrates delicious oatmeal with chia seeds.

Try this breakfast burns fat at least 3 times a week and feel the change in your body:


1 cup oatmeal 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons honey 4 tbsp chia seeds Pinch of sea salt 2 cups water


Heat the water with cinnamon and vanilla in a pot. Wait a boil and then reduce heat. Add oats and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover the pot and let stand 5 minutes. Add the honey and salt, mix well. Vierne in a bowl and add chia seeds. NOTE: You can combine this oatmeal with fruit of your choice.
