Summer is gone and our skin remains dry, all the sun exposure, dehydration and of course: Our skin is asking for water.
I used to do facial masks and exfoliate my sking a lot, but then I understood that my skin reacts better when its hydrated and even the expression lines are less noticeable.
Give your skin some love with this homemade facial mask.
This is one of the best hydrating home masks you can make yourself:
Ingredients:
- Avocado
- Plantain
- Some drops of Olive Oil
Preparation:
Simply peel the plantain and smash it well, then slice the avocado in a half and remove the seed, extract the food and mix it with the plantain, make sure to mix it well so you can get a smooth, homogeneous and creamy. If needed, then add a few drops of olive oil so it gets the desired consistency.
Then, is just a matter of applying it over your skin and let it work for about 15 to 20 minutes, remove it with an absorbent paper towel and rinse it well with water.
You can do this once a week if you have very dry skin.

How to Clean Your Microwave Naturally
Does your microwave smell funny?
Looking to eliminate the bad smell on your microwave, even to freshen up the inside of it when something with a strong smell has been cooked?
Follow this effective advice:
Fill a glass or small jar with water and piece of lemon, until it’s half-filled, leave the shell, don’t peel the lemon, boil this mix at the highest power during 2 or 3 minutes – or more if it’s too dirty.
The vapor gets on the inside and softens everything that was stuck to the microwave’s insides. Proceed to clean with a dry sponge.
Your microwave will be like brand new after this, and get a nice smell.
If you want to change its new aroma, instead of boiling a piece of lemon, use cloves, bay leaves, apple vinegar from cider diluted in water
