Lose Weight During This Week: Express Diet
Weekend excess? Well it’s Monday and it’s time to take care of yourself so you can get to the next weekend and not roll and roll and roll.
I always insist on starting on Monday with detox or fast, so today I give you a guide for the whole week!
No excuses!
Follow this diet until you look good and / or lose the kilos gained during the weekend.
At all times: water or tea.
Accompanying food: a loaf of bread. The Rye cereal is the most purifying.
Monday and Thursday:
- Breakfast: green tea or tea with non-fat yogurt.
- Mid-morning: a fruit.
- Food: Vegetables cooked ham 2 slices of turkey. Cheese.
- Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
- Dinner: Baked trout fillet with green salad and red.
Tuesday and Friday:
- Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt.
- Mid-morning: a fruit.
- Food: Spinach with prawns and 2 slices of ham.
- Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
- Dinner: soup julienne vegetables and grilled fish.
Wednesday
- Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt and fruit.
- Mid-morning: a yogurt
- Lunch: Grilled chicken or grilled with salad greens.
- Snack: a fruit.
- Dinner: Fish soup, salad and 2 vegetable fat yogurt.
Saturday
- Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt.
- Mid-morning: a fruit.
- Lunch: grilled hake with a plate of steamed vegetables seasoned with garlic and a little crude oil.
- Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
- Dinner: Omelette with asparagus and roasted red pepper salad with tuna.
Sunday
- Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt.
- Mid-morning: a fruit.
- Lunch: Scrambled eggs with ham and mushrooms with grilled beef.
- Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
- Dinner: A slice of grilled salmon with salad from the garden.
