It’s the first day of August and I think it’s a super good time to clean the closets.
When the closets smell musty, we have to clean all walls, shelves, drawers, etc. with rosemary alcohol using a cloth. If we could line the cabinet with cloth or paper towel would be ideal. We can use a number of elements that help us control moisture, and therefore odors.
- Distribuite pieces of chalk inside the closet or also balls of silica gel used as (drying agent) to control the local humidity.
- Place a piece of charcoal wrapped in a cloth bag on shelves and inside drawers. Charcoal is a solid fuel material, brittle and porous with a high carbon content. Is produced by heating wood and other vegetable waste, to temperatures ranging between 400 and 700 ° C, in absence of air
- Place rice and salt in a glass container and make holes on the lid. Sodium chloride better known as common salt absorbs particles with positive charges hydrogen of the environment ie attracts moisture, thereby the rice grains are moisture absorbent.
Follow these tips and I’m sure your wardrobe will not suffer from moisture anymore. Remember to keep your stuff ordered in the closet.
