LEER EN ESPAÑOL

Summer is getting closer, if not here already, and heat takes over our day … It makes me want to drink thousands of gallons of water and cold and fresh food. Ice cream is a favorite choice of many to cool off on a hot day, but the calories and sugars it contains will not help you keep your body for the beach or those beautiful dresses that you want to put.

Today I want to bring you a natural recipe, blameless, you can enjoy anyone of any age. Fruit popsicles are an inexpensive, colorful and tasty option with many benefits for your body and certainly with far fewer calories than any ice cream commercial.

This is a vegan dessert, sugar-free. Try it at Home.

Ingredients

  • Popsicle sticks
  • bananas
  • Dark chocolate without sugar
  • Olive oil
  • Coverage: Pieces of peanuts, almonds, granola, coconut, orange peel (depends on your taste)

Preparation:

Cut the bananas in half and place the popsicle sticks in the middle. Then place them on a tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

To make popsicles:Get the frozen bananas out of the freezer, and inmerse them in chocolate. When it’s wet you can add any topping you want. After having them ready, place them on a tray or freeze them for at least an hour.

And there you go, you have now some delicious dessert that will cool you down this summer.
