Ginger cranberry holiday smoothie


  • 1.5 oz of kale 
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup of cranberries
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1/2 peeled ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice


  1. Wash and chop all ingredients into small pieces.
  2. Place in blender
  3. Drink freshly made, preferably on an empty stomach.
