My favorite meal ever is obviously breakfast!! It could be sweet, salty, small, big, mixed (with flavors) fast made, or done with dedication. If you are the kind of people who don’t have time to stop and think about what to have for breakfast, check out these easy, healthy recipes that only need three ingredients.

“I don’t have time” that’s a lame excuse! Making these breakfasts won’t take you more than 5 minutes and little dedication. When you try them you will be delighted with their flavor and their energetic contents. I assure you, you’ll want to eat them all the time!
