Muchas han sido las recetas que he compartido con esta maravillosa planta. El aloe vera (o sábila) tiene propiedades para nuestra salud y el cuidado de nuestro cuerpo. Cuando la ingerimos estamos ayudando al sistema endocrino, inmunológico, respiratorio y gastrointestinal.

El aloe vera actúa también como antiinflamatorio, cicatrizante e inmunoestimulante, facilitando la cura de heridas o la retención de líquido. Es un excelente remedio anticancerígeno y antitumoral. Regula el colesterol de la sangre, es depurativo, antioxidante y desintoxicante.

Es por eso que hoy quiero dejarte una receta sencilla para hacer tu propia infusión de aloe vera. Para ello necesitarás polvo de aloe vera, que puedes comprar en las tiendas naturistas o herbolarios; o puedes hacerlo tú mismo. Extrae el gel de una hoja de aloe vera, colócalo en un recipiente al sol hasta que se seque. Con esto lograrás hacer el polvillo para la infusión.

En 1 taza de agua hirviendo mezcla 1 cucharadita de polvo de aloe vera. Yo lo dejo refrescar, lo guardo en el refrigerador y me tomo una taza antes de cada comida. Con esto tiendo a comer menos cantidades, y le garantizo a mi cuerpo una serie de nutrientes beneficiosos.

Aloe Vera Infusion

There have been many recipes I’ve shared with this wonderful plant. Aloe vera has properties for our health and care of our body. When we eat we are helping the endocrine, immune, respiratory and gastrointestinal system.

Aloe vera also acts as anti-inflammatory, healing and immunostimulant, facilitating wound healing or fluid retention. It is an excellent anti-cancer and anti-tumor remedy. Regulates blood cholesterol, is purifying, antioxidant and detoxifier.

That’s why today I want to give you a simple recipe to make your own infusion of aloe vera. For this you need powdered aloe vera, you can buy in health food stores or herbalists; or you can do it yourself. Extract the gel of aloe vera leaf, place it in a container in the sun until dry. With this you’ll reach make the powder for infusion.

In 1 cup boiling water 1 teaspoon powdered mixture of aloe vera. I let it cool down, put it in the fridge and I drink a cup before each meal. This amounts tend to eat less, and I guarantee my body a number of beneficial nutrients.
