En el verano el viento y el sol juegan un papel muy importante en deshidratar tu piel, específicamente tu rostro, por eso es vital que tomes suficiente agua y que la mantengas hidratada.

Hoy te daré la receta de una de las mejores mascarillas hidratante casera que puedes repetir una vez por semana si tienes la piel muy seca.

Ingredientes:

  1. Aguacate
  2. Plátano
  3. Algunas gotas de Aceite de Oliva

Preparación:

Simplemente tienes que pelar el plátano y pisarlo bien, luego partir al medio el aguacate, quitarle el hueso, extraer la pulpa y mezclarla bien con el plátano, de manera que quede una mascarilla bien homogénea, cremosa y sin grumos. Si hiciese falta, agregas algunas gotas de aceite de oliva para que adquiera la consistencia deseada.

Luego, solamente es cuestión de colocarla sobre tu piel y dejarla actuar de 15 a 20 minutos, retirando con una toalla de papel absorbente o lavando bien con agua.

Ingredients:

  1. Avocado
  2. Plantain
  3. Some drops of Olive Oil

Preparation:

Simply peel the plantain and smash it well, then slice the avocado in a half and remove the seed, extract the food and mix it with the plantain, make sure to mix it well so you can get a smooth, homogeneous and creamy. If needed, then add a few drops of olive oil so it gets the desired consistency.

Then, is just a matter of applying it over your skin and let it work for about 15 to 20 minutes, remove it with an absorbent paper towel and rinse it well with water.
