Japanese rice mask

I will dedicate this article to the care of our face with an “international” mask. Rejuvenating our face gives light, elasticity, tone, and brightness, and we can do it with natural remedies at our fingertips. That’s why today I’ll give you this effective and inexpensive method: a Japanese mask.

This recipe for beauty is an ingredient that often accompanies our table … and that the Japanese consider themselves a traditional remedy: Yes! We’re talking about rice (organic).

It contains inositol, which is excellent for revitalizing the skin, has an anti-wrinkle effect, stimulates circulation, and helps eliminate acne blemishes. It is also rich in vitamin B that stimulates the regeneration of skin, hair, and nails.

For this mask you’ll need:

  • 3 tablespoons of organic brown rice (found in specialty natural food stores) ***
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of distilled water
  • 2 tablespoons of avocado
  • ½ tablespoon of honey

*** NOTE: We want it to be organic to get the natural properties of rice. The refined white rice is processed, has chemicals and pesticides (read more about white rice here)

Preparation

  • Cook the rice. This should do it with the amount of water mentioned. Wait until the rice is tender. Then removed the excess water from the rice. Reserve both
  • Add the avocado, honey, and rice to a bowl. With a spoon (or fork) stir until a smooth paste. This will be your mask
  • Apply it to your face for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove with a cotton wet on the rice water you got at the beginning.

This is an easy, economical and things we have in our house easily remedy. You can use it twice a week to see improvements in your face
