- 2 (14.5 ounces) stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of sliced green chilies,
- 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
