Health Problems Caused For Anger

Feelings have a big impact on our lives, not just for the emotional stability or a simple sense of wellbeing, but also because they affect our internal organs causing damage that can lead to terrible consequences.

Today I want to talk about anger and how it affects your health.

What is anger?

Anger is an emotion that is expressed by resentment, rage or irritability. The external expression of anger can be found in facial expressions, body language, physiological responses, and sometimes in public acts of aggression.

We all get angry from time to time, but did you know that the physical effects of anger include increased heart rate, blood pressure and adrenaline levels?

One of the organs that suffers the most from anger is the heart, cardiac higher levels can cause tachycardia and heart attacks as well.

Thyroid is also affected when we get angry, if this doesn’t work well there is an abnormal bone calcification, and we can develop arthritis.

The liver also suffers just like the pancreas too, these are damaged by bitterness, when the gallbladder is damaged, it is the precursor to have heart problems.

So now you know, if you want to have a healthy body and a healthy mind, don’t get angry anymore . It’s normal to feel frustrated, sad and sometimes this can lead to anger, but don’t stay there, meditate, pray, count to a thousand if you want, walk or whatever, but do not let that anger win the battle, a person that smile is not just happy, it is also a healthy one!
