We continue to pursue alternative preparations that allow us to pursue a healthy, delicious food and fun. This time I got a delicious jam that brings the benefits and delicious flavor of raspberries, with the infinite properties of chia seeds.

  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons of chia
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Honey

Prepare a Purée raspberries with a fork, add chia seeds and lemon juice to make a pasta, if necessary add a little water, serve honey to taste and keep in an airtight glass container. Store in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
