Protein, healthy fats, potassium and antioxidants… All that in a glass for breakfast! Trust me you will feel satisfied, because it is what your body needs. You can take replacing breakfast or as a snack before training.


  • 1 cup of almond milk.
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter without sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla Whey Protein.
  • 1 cup of raw spinach.
  • 1 sachet of zero-calorie sweetener / or 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Half a cup of ice.


Take everything to the blender until it has a smooth and creamy consistency. And to enjoy! If you don't like the Whey Protein, you could remove it and take it as a supplement to a hyper proteic breakfast.
