- 2 ripe avocados diced
- ¾ cup of broccoli (stems removed) – finely chopped so it is virtually unrecognizable
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ cup of chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 handful of fresh cilantro
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a food processor, leaving avocados last. It incorporates avocados with a fork and mash to make them take that creamy form.
