Es posible llevar un embarazo orgánico, sí, la respuesta es afirmativa y está relacionado a la mejora de tus hábitos desde el inicio de la gestación, para compartir un mejor planeta con el bebé que viene en camino.

Evita el uso de ambientadores químicos en tu hogar, ¡cuida el aire que respiras! Sustitúyelos por velas, ambientadores naturales hechos con aceites esenciales o flores. Tomar mucha agua es una recomendación para las madres gestantes, así que purifícala, lo que permitirá liberarla de partículas y metales nocivos para la salud.

Aliméntate sanamente. Busca alimentos orgánicos, libres de sustancias químicas empleadas en su producción. Recuerda que todo lo que consumas lo consume directamente tu bebé.
