Arugula and cashews dip

It is absolutely delicious and carries no cheese, making it a perfect dip for vegans.

The preparation is simple and only has 4 ingredients: arugula, cashews, lemon juice and a little wheat germ if you want to make it thicker.

Preparation: Process all and serve with crackers or toast. Delicious!

Broccoli Guacamole

Have you ever heard that there is guacamole broccoli?

If you do not know how to eat broccoli this is a rich and healthy way to experience all of its benefits. Especially if this recipe make for children to eat, they will never know that there broccoli in your guacamole.


  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • ¾ cup of broccoli (stems removed) – finely chopped so it is virtually unrecognizable
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro
  • Salt

Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a food processor, leaving avocados last. It incorporates avocados with a fork and mash to make them take that creamy form.
