I love drinking fruit tea. If you’re in cold temperatures it is super good for you. If you are the type who are looking for what you eat or drink always will detox, I got something for you. Here’s a list of fruit tea to help you detoxify your body and burn calories.

Fruit tea for weight loss

  1. Grapefruit tea: A cup of this fruit tea 30 minutes before meals reduces appetite and helps break down fats. Also, cleans the digestive and urinary system.
