Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cups Raspberries
- 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
- 4 ice cubes
- Place banana, blueberries, raspberries, almond milk, flax seed and agave nectar or honey in blender and purée until fruit is smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
Tip
- Freeze banana slightly prior to blending to help chill smoothie.
