Here at ChicaNol, Mondays are motivation and detox from the excesses of the weekend. I love the natural choices to nourish, beautify and why not, detoxify my body. Detoxifying waters have different properties, which depend on the fruit or vegetable to prepare it. Today, our water is a vitamin infusion of strawberries, which has moisturizing effect, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in your body, and a delicious taste.

Detox Monday Antioxidant Strawberry Water

The ingredients you need for this strawberry water are:

  • One cup of strawberries.
  • Two cups of diced watermelon.
  • Two sprigs of rosemary
  • Coarse salt
  • Filtered water

To prepare, place strawberries and rosemary in a bowl, add the cubed watermelon, pinch of salt, and then the filtered water, stir gently. Refrigerate for about 4 hours and ready.
