Invisible Petit Four: Un Postre Que Parece Una Planta! / A Plant-Looking Dessert!

Un pequeño juego: el petit four está presente desde el principio del menú sin que el comensal sepa que se trata de algo comestible. La arena de cacao simula tierra, los caramelos abono químico y la cuchara un tutor. Llegada la hora de los cafés, se devela el secreto y el objeto, que parecía meramente decorativo, se convierte en un manjar.

A little game: the petit four is present from the beggining of the menu but the guest doesn’t know that this is something edible. The cocoa sand pretends to be ground, the candy, chemical fertilizers and the spoon a tutor. At coffee time, the secret is revealed and the plant, which seemed merely decorative,suddenly becomes a delicacy.
