Este día va dedicado a una fruta que tiene propiedades detox, muy saludable y beneficiosa para nuestro cuerpo. La lechosa, o papaya, es una fuente rica en antioxidantes, vitaminas, minerales y enzimas digestivas. Ya sea que la consumas en sola, en jugo, en batidos o en ensaladas, es bueno consumirla al menos 1 vez al día en una porción de 30gr.

La papaya, como fruta tropical, tiene altos componentes de fibra que ayudan a combatir el estreñimiento y a prevenir complicaciones digestivas. Contiene vitamina C (casi 80mg por casa 100gr), antioxidantes, vitamina C, E y beta-caroteno, que protegen la piel de los radicales libres que provocan la oxidación, el daño celular y el envejecimiento muscular. Estas últimas propiedades ayudan también a mejorar el flujo sanguíneo, y reducen el nivel de colesterol en nuestras arterias. Además, contiene carotenoides de luteína y de zeaxantina que protegen los ojos de las cataratas.

Por si fuera poco… ¡Es baja en calorías! Ingerir 100gr de esta fruta aporta solo 30 calorías, por lo que es buenísima para incluirla en las dietas para adelgazar. ¡A comer lechosa!

Milky, or papaya, is a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and digestive enzymes. Whether you eat it just like that, in juice, in smoothies or salads, it is good to consume at least 1 time per day in one portion 30g.

Papaya, a tropical fruit, has high fiber components that help fight constipation and prevent digestive complications. It contains vitamin C (80mg per household almost 100g), antioxidants, vitamin C, E and beta-carotene, which protects the skin from free radicals that cause oxidation, muscle cell damage and aging. These latter properties also help improve blood flow, and reduce the level of cholesterol in our arteries. It also contains carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin protect the eyes from cataracts.

And if that weren’t enough … it’s low in calories! Eating 100g of this fruit provides only 30 calories, so it’s good to include it in our diet to lose weight. Let’s eat papaya!
