Por el calor de #Miami refresco mi mañana con una merienda saludable, deliciosa y natural. Los smoothies son batidos cremosos, perfectos para acompañar tus meriendas, para disfrutar con amigas o para que lo prueben los niños.

Esta receta tiene fresa y leche de coco, por lo que tiene beneficios antioxidantes y vitamínicos. La fresa es una fruta espectacular, tiene bastante fibra y vitamina C.  La leche de coco también contiene vitaminas ( Vitamia C, E, B1, B6, B5 y B3) y fósforo que mantiene nuestros huesos fuertes y la piel elástica ¡libre de arrugas!

La receta es sencilla. Necesitarás:

  • 500gr de fresas naturales congeladas
  • 500ml de leche de coco
  • Vainilla al gusto

(Nota) Si te gusta más el sabor de la fresa puedes agregar más al smoothie.

Preparación

Lava las fresas, remueve las hojas y congélalas para obtener un smoothie cremoso. ¡Luego mezcla todo en la licuadora y listo!

Si quieres tomar el smoothie con las fresas al natural puedes agregarle hielo para que tome la consistencia “frozen”.

Refreshing strawberry and coconut smoothie

Cause of the #Miami heat I refresh my morning with a healthy, delicious and natural snack. Smoothies are perfect as a companionship for your snacks to enjoy with friends or for kids to try it.

This recipe is strawberry and coconut milk, which has antioxidant and vitamin benefits.The strawberry is a spectacular fruit, has plenty of fiber and vitamin C.  Coconut milk also contains vitamins (vitamia C, E, B1, B6, B5 and B3) and phosphorus that keeps our bones strong and elastic skin wrinkle free!

This recipe is simple. You will need:

  • 500g of natural frozen strawberries
  • 500ml coconut milk
  • Vanilla to taste

(Note) If you like the strawberry flavor you can add more to the smoothie.

Preparation

Wash strawberries, remove the leaves and freeze them for a creamy smoothie.Then mix everything in a blender and voila!

If you want to drink the smoothie with unfrozen strawberries you can just add ice to take consistency “frozen”.
