Change the Way You Shower

After reading the title of this post you’ve probably thought: why? What am I doing wrong? This is not something you’re doing wrong but that you don’t know certain information that may help you treasure good health. Taking a shower is to prepare the body before revitalization, water renews processes and brings clarity.

I won’t recommend that you bathe exclusively in a specific time of day because each person knows their own dynamics, but you should know how to do it depending on the purpose. If you plan to begin an active day you need a combined shower between cold water and hot water (even if you’re at the North Pole) and if you need to relax and/or sleep, shower hot water achieves a sedative effect when your body is faced with the cold air out of the bathroom.

There is a very effective way to start the day or reactivate the body, do your shower routine as you are used to and before getting out of the shower follow this pattern: 30 seconds of cold water, 30 seconds of hot water  (as hot as you can) and 30 seconds of cold water, you may even repeat it but always finishing with cold water. Thus your pores expand and active blood flow, reducing stress, strengthening the immune system and decreasing depression.
