Cardio routines to look like an Oscar winner
You can do physical activities such as jogging, swimming or cycling, as these activities keep your heart rate up to 150 beats per minute (ppm), which is used to burn fat.
If you want to directly burn your fat, practice a daily cardiovascular activity, or at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes to 1 hour daily.
Combine cardio and weights to get better results
You can do weights before doing your cardio, so you burn fat while doing weights and strengthen your muscle mass by doing cardio. I recommend you do arm and leg exercises with dumbbells.
