En mi búsqueda por el ejercicio ideal he descubierto que mi cuerpo cambia. Cambia siempre. Mi cuerpo necesita cambiar. Por eso soy una fan del fashion de deportes. Es decir hacer ejercicio para mi , es lo mas importante. si se trata de combinar estilos que me gusten pero que además me den la comodidad y el apoyo qeu mi cuerpo necesita para sacarle mas provecho a mi cuerpo , entonces puedo hablar de #Puma #ForeverFaster . Siempre me llamó la atención ese puma corriendo a toda velocidad. Después de todo somos parte de la naturaleza y en nuestro instinto animal, llevamos la velocidad por dentro. Y ellos combinan el fashion y el fitness a otro nivel.
Es por eso que estoy probando mis #Puma . Y déjame contarte que no son solo para correr, lo esty utilizando para mi clase de body toning y hasta para bailar en clases de alto impacto. Además la ropa que estoy usando me hace sentir fresca mientras hago ejercicio y los colores, WOw! me dan super energía. Siempre hablo de la relación ánimo-color. Así que #ForeverFaster y estoy feliz con todo mi atuendo de ejercicio para encontrar mas motivación y llegar a mi meta.

What’s your goal?
In my search for the ideal work out exercise, I’ve found out that my body changes. It always changes. My body needs to change.
That’s why I am a fan of sports fashion. Exercising is important to me, probably one of the most important thing. If I’m talking about combining styles I like that can also give me the support and comfort that my body needs to get the best out of me, then I can talk about #Puma.
It always caught my attention to see that puma running at top speed. After all, we’re all part of nature in our animal instinct, carrying speed inside of us. And they combine fashion and fitness into another level.
That’s why I am trying my #Puma. And let me tell you that they’re not just for running, I’m using them for my body toning class and even to dance on my high impact classes.
Also, the clothing I’m wearing makes me feel fresh while I exercise, and the colors, Wow! They really energize me.
I always talk about the relationship between color and mood. So #ForeverFaster and I am happy with all my work out , look to find more motivation and reach my goals.
