Hotels and resorts are finding a simple way to make traveling easier in 2021: on-site COVID-19 testing, frequently complimentary and sometimes from the comfort of your own guest room.
The initiative is especially helpful following a new CDC guideline that requires Americans coming home from abroad to show a negative coronavirus test before boarding their return flight. Here, a rundown of some of the hotels offering the ultimate travel amenity.

AMResorts Locations throughout MexicoEncompassing luxury brands such as Dreams, Secrets and Zoetry across Mexico, this hotel group will now include antigen testing as part of its all-inclusive package, to comply with testing requirements for American travelers. This relaxed resort in the Riviera Maya has partnered with Azumed Laboratory to offer pre-departure testing to comply with international travel regulations. The tests cost $190 and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance with the concierge, and most results are returned within 12 hours by email.
