Our body needs what?

Of course! Minerals are as important to us as vitamins, but nobody tell you that. We always hear that we have to take vitamins, but minerals are always left alone.

I drink, I have said it before, a drink which has a metallic taste. Yes, I do, but it has all the minerals which my body needs. Let´s talk about copper.

Babies are born with a natural copper reserve of 15 milligrams which are all spread over the body, namely all over the brain and liver. Copper is produced by the body in the last three months of gestation. After being born babies get copper from their mother´s breast milk.  When we grow up we need to consume food which contains copper.
