Hoy es viernes, ya con ansias esperando el tan anhelado fin de semana. Quiero darte una deliciosa receta de una mermelada de fresas para que disfrutes con pan o como lo desees, recuerda todo con moderación.
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 kilogramos de fresas
- 750 gramos de azúcar moreno
PREPARACIÓN:
- Se lavan muy bien las fresas para eliminar cualquier residuo de pesticida (en caso de que no sean ecológicas) y se les corta el rabito.
- Se dejan macerar un par de horas con el azúcar, alternando capas de fresas y capas de azúcar.
- Después, calentar a fuego fuerte hasta que hierva y luego cocer 1/2 hora más a fuego lento.
- Si se desea menos espesa se puede añadir un poco de agua a la cocción de la mermelada.

Ingredientes:
- 1 kg of strawberries
- 750 grams of brown sugar
Preparation:
- Wash strawberries thoroughly to remove any pesticide residues (if other than organic) and the cut the tail.
- Leave the strawberries a couple of hours to macerate with sugar, alternating between layers of strawberries and sugar.
- Then, heat over high heat until boiling point, then cook for half an hour on low heat.
- If desired, you can add a little water to cook the jam to make it thinner.
