Since we intend to improve our food and the way we eat this year, I come with a simple recipe for you to use as an entree or even as a snack at any meeting.
Sauteed asparagus with almonds recipe
- 300 gr of asparagus
- 40 gr of sliced almonds
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
Heat water in a pot and turn it off when it’s boiling, pass asparagus through the water for two minutes, drain and reserve. Toast the almonds in a dry or with a touch of oil until lightly browned and place on absorbent paper pan. Finely crush the garlic until a paste and cook for a few seconds with olive oil, add the asparagus and sauté, make sure the asparagus remain with the consistency you like by turning them, add the sliced almonds and saute for another minute fire. And you’re set!
