Blueberries are one of the leading foods shown to fight aging! Start your day with a healthy dose in this delicious smoothie. A sweet blend of berries, banana and almond milk, it also has a protein boost thanks to ground flaxseeds.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup  Blueberries
  • 1/2 cups  Raspberries
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
  • 4 ice cubes
  1. Place banana, blueberries, raspberries, almond milk, flax seed and agave nectar or honey in blender and purée until fruit is smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve cold.

Tip

  1. Freeze banana slightly prior to blending to help chill smoothie.
