Uno de mis hobbies favoritos es viajar. Y cuando viajo me gusta caminar. Soy una “bestia” . Camino, y camino y camino. Quiero absorber la ciudad y volverme parte de ella. Quiero tener amigos, visitar las casas de ellos, sus lugares y empaparme de sus costumbres. Claro , para mas de uno soy una loca que camina. No importa , como dice el dicho “Nadie me quita lo bailao”.

Chicago, ciudad de grandes parques , edificios pero sobre todo de “grandes” personas. Con el aire de toda una cosmopolis pero el espíritu del midwest conseguí en cada esquina una restaurante que me volaba los tapones.

Visité dos que me encantaron. Tanta, de el famoso chef Gastón, peruano responsable de internacionalizar la comida peruana, y el segundo , MOTO, del chef Cantú , cocina molecular rara , pero deliciosa , ya famosísima en programas como bizarre food.

Yo estoy abierta siempre a la aventura.

 Chicago A City Of Contrasts

One of my favorites hobbies is to travel. And when I do it, I love to walk. I’m a “beast”. I walk, walk, and walk. I want to absorb the city and be part of it. I want to have friends, visit their homes, their places and soak up in all their customs. Of course, for more than one of them I’m just a walking crazy. It doesn’t matter, as some say “Nobody takes my style away”.

Chicago, a city of big parks, buildings, but most of all of “big” people. With all the wind from a cosmopolitan city like this one, but the spirit of the midwest I found on every corner a restaurant that blow my mind away.

I visited two that I loved, Tanta, from the famous chef Gastón, a Peruvian responsible to internationalize his country’s food, and the other one, MOTO, from the chef Cantú, molecular food, kind of weird, but delicious and I all famous and everything in programs like bizarre food.

I’m always open for adventure!
