Today I’ll tell you some interesting facts about lemon skin and why you should take advantage of it.

Don’t throw the lemon skin away

How can you use the whole lemon without wasting it?

Easy:  Put a  well cleaned and washed lemon in the freezer of your refrigerator. Once the lemon is frozen, get your grater and shred the whole lemon (no need to peel) and sprinkle it on top of your food.

Sprinkle your salad, ice cream, soups, noodles, spaghetti sauce, rice, sushi, fish dishes. Unexpectedly all your meals will taste wonderful.

Most likely all you can think of is lemon juice and vitamin C. Lemon can even be used in instant noodles or a cup of soup.

What is the advantage of using the whole lemon?

Well, you see, the lemon peels contain vitamins as much as 5 to 10 times more than lemon juice itself. And yes, that’s what you’ve been missing. But from now on, following this simple procedure to freeze the entire lemon, grated, you can consume all the nutrients and obtain even more benefits.
