Cuando compramos una mano de bananas (cambures) muchas veces tienden a madurar y ponerse negros antes de que terminemos de comerlas. La tendencia es pensar que el cambur ennegrecido está malo, y que ya no se puede comer… por ende muchas personas botan los cambures cuando tienen un aspecto ennegrecido, en lugar de su típico amarillo brillante.

¡No botes las bananas ennegrecidas! Existen muchas recetas para utilizarlas, y que aún tendrán nutrientes y un sabor dulce delicioso. La idea es pensar en las bananas ennegrecidas como un ingrediente tipo puré o papaya, que incorporaremos a algunas recetas para darle sabor. Aquí te dejo 2 ideas:

Licuado-de-platano

Batido de banana y manzana

Ingredientes

  • 2 tazas de leche fría
  • 1 manzana mediana, pelada, sin corazón y picada
  • 1 banana mediana, pelada y cortada en pedazos
  • Stevia o miel al gusto
  • Hielo

Preparación

Mezcla la manzana, banana y miel en ½ de leche. Mezcla hasta que esté cremoso y luego añade el restante de la leche hasta que quede una mezcla espumosa. Añade el hielo si lo quiere frío, sirve y disfruta.

Panquecas de banana

Las bananas ennegrecidas son perfectas para esta receta. Si tienes una receta de panquecas, sólo añade puré de banana a la mezcla y listo. De igual manera, quiero dejarte esta receta de panquecas con banana:

Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de harina
  • 1 cucharada de stevia
  • 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 1 huevo
  • 1 taza de leche
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite
  • 1 plátano maduro, en puré

Preparación

Combina los ingredientes secos, mientras en la batidora mezclas los huevos, el aceite y la leche. Poco a poco integra los ingredientes secos y el puré de banana. Mezcla hasta que la masa no tenga grumos.

Calienta un sarten y coloca un poco de aceite de oliva para engrasar. Vierte para formar las panquecas hasta que aparezcan burbujas en toda la superficie y los bordes se pongan marrón claro. Voltea y cocina unos minutos más.

  • ice

Preparation

Mix the apple, banana and honey in ½ cup of milk. Blend until smooth and then add the remaining milk until foamy. Add ice if you want cold, serve and enjoy.

Banana pancakes

Blackened bananas are perfect for this recipe. If you have a recipe for pancakes, only adds mashed banana to the mix and ready. Either way, I want to give you this recipe for pancakes with banana:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of stevia
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

Preparation

Combine the dry ingredients in a blender while mixing the eggs, oil and milk. Gradually integrating the dry ingredients and mashed banana. Mix until the dough is smooth.

Heat a pan and put some olive oil to grease. Pour to form the pancakes until bubbles appear across the surface and the edges are light brown. Flip and cook another few minutes.
