strawberry-cocktailIf you do not know how to add sprouts to your diet, I share with you a drink you can do on the weekend, with or without alcohol, taking advantage of the virtues of these wonderful ingredients: Strawberry and sprouts Cocktail. Cheers!

Ingredients

    • A handful of sprouts
    • A handful of strawberries and raspberries
    • One tablespoon of molasses, rice, or Agave

Instructions

  1. Grind the sprouts with fruit, molasses and a little cold water. Strain through a sieve ofsmall network.
  2. To decorate the glass, moisten the edges of the cup with molasses and then with grated coconut.
  3. Serve the juice.

Note: The sprouts that go well with this recipe are  fennel sprouts, do not use bean sprouts (soy bean sprouts, lentils, chickpeas …) spices such as onions, leeks andradishes.

Can also be done with alfalfa sprouts, carrots, clover, beets, etc.
