Luego puedes retomar nuevamente tu champú preferido.

Change Your Shampoo Brand

I’ve heard many times that you have to change your shampoo regularly, but I’ve never really thought about it and even believed it was a myth. Turns out I realized that my shampoo and conditioner don’t get me the desired effect as it used to always give me very good results. That’s when I was curious to investigate about this theory.

Our hair is like an extension of the skin, reacts to changes in temperature and with the ingredients of every product that we deal with, have you seen the amount of chemicals into your shampoo, conditioner, styling cream, etc? Each one of them affects the texture and cause some kind of intolerance, if we add the specific conditions of each, as volumizing, eliminate frizz, moisturize…and different temperatures we put our hair into, we could come to a conclusion, and my advice for you:

Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo to remove excess of creams, styling gels, mousses, sprays, etc. and use a softer version of your shampoo for a while. Then you can get back to your favorite shampoo.
