Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (essence)
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Mix coconut milk, water, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Add ice and blend again for a delicious, refreshing smoothie.
