The cold seasons are delicious because we can use all the clothes we like together, it’s the time for boots, scarves, jackets, coats, etc.
Unfortunately, in cold seasons we can also experience redness, dullness, stretching and drying, the latter by dehydration by vasoconstriction of the capillaries, even on sunny summer days.
When this happens there is no cell renewal and as we sweat, there’s no lubrication of the epidermis, that is, that’s one of the functions of sweat, how about that? and the artificial heating we have at home, also works against that evaporates water from our skin causing wrinkles.
So in these cold times we must make special care and daily attention to our skin and drink plenty of water, cleanse and moisturize the skin, avoid soaps and products with alcohol, exfoliate and nourish with this recipe that I will give them and serving for all skin types:
- 4 tablespoons of natural aloe vera gel or 100% pure
- 2 tablespoons of shea butter
- 4 tablespoons of calendula oil
- 4 tablespoons of sweet almond oil
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
Extract and wash the gel from the leaves of aloe, placed in a previously sterilized jar. Melt in double boiler the shea butter, let it cool down and add together the remaining ingredients, stir the mixture and apply on your skin with a sponge after bathing or cleaning every night.
