Grapes, like other fruits, has many properties that benefits you, here I mention five points so you know what you eat and the benefits of eating grapes.

Wine has been part of human culture for 6,000 years, throughout its various stages of evolution, wine has been considered a pleasure for our taste, an aid for living and also an element with properties that benefit your health.
It is considered a complete food. It is a food substance that provides some perfectly comparable elements to the boddy. It is a source of energy easy to assimilate.
Is associated with longevity, as it contains vitamins A, C and several B-complex as biotin, choline, folic acid, niacin, pyridoxine and thiamine among others.
It contains small amounts of iron, so you should drink wine in case of anemia.
So, if you’ve never heard about these grape properties, now you have a reason to start enjoying them more.

- Wine and Natural Orange Juice with Pulp
Find a large glass to mix the wine and juice. Fill up less than half a glass with wine and the rest with the soda.
- A little Martini.
Add a shot of Martini to the mix.
- Lemon and ice.
Add now a slice of lemon and ice. Mix it in the glass or in a large pitcher. I like to put the ice in each glass.
