Summer is gone and our skin is dry for so much excess, so much sun … and of course it is asking for water. I had a habit to make myself a facial mask to exfoliate my skin, long after I realized that my skin reacts better when I have it hydrated and the expression lines are even less noticeable. Give your skin some sugar love with this homemade facial mask.

Homemade hidrating facial mask for fall

Today I share with you a homemade hydrating facial mask that you can do yourself.

Ingredients for our facial mask:

  • Avocado
  • Banana
  • A few drops of olive oil


You just have to peel the bananas and smash them well, then from the medium avocado, remove the bone, remove the pulp and mix well with the banana, so it is a well homogeneous, creamy and smooth mask. If necessary, add a few drops of olive oil to desired consistency.

Then it’s just a matter of placing it on your skin and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, removing a paper towel or washing with water.

You can repeat this face mask, once a week if you have very dry skin.
