- Honey with milk. Just like a green tea, milk with honey is one of the best home remedies for coughing, but be careful not to have it too hot as it will damage your throat and we definitely don’t want that.
- Chicken soup. Yup, a classic one, chicken soup will work best than other home remedies if you put some ginger and garlic – this will strengthen your system.
- Carrots. They contain nutrients and vitamins that relief dry coughing. Take four or six carrots and add water to make a fresh juice out of it. Drink this juice at least four or five times a day to relieve the cough. If you want better results, add a spoon of honey to this juice.
