Losing weight might seem like a difficult task sometimes, but it is actually more than just that, it goes beyond than just losing some pounds, it is about changing your lifestyle into one that is more healthy, that is why I want to recommend you the canary grass milk to lose weight.

These are some of the properties that the canary grass has:

  • It contains a strong enzymatic charge.

  1. Soak the seeds in water for 8 hours. When soaked they activate and they duplicate their mineral content, especially calcium.
  2. Discard that water and put the seeds in the blender, add the liter of water, as an option you can add a natural sweetener and vanilla. Blend it well, making sure the seeds are gone (when you can no longer hear the “crick” it means it is done).
  3. Use a thin strainer.

Additional note:

Traditional Sunflower seeds, the one given to birds is NOT the same alpist which is appropriate for human consumption. It contains little silica, this can cause esophagus, nose and mouth cancer. The one made for human consumption is a variety called glabrous.
