This alternative recipe is full of flavor and has amazing properties due to its ingredients. Garlic has anti inflammatory properties, and helps the immune system, and so does ginger.

Add flavor to your salad with this healthy dressing:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 lemon’s juice
  • ½ cup of olive oil


  1. Cut the garlic into small pieces and grate the ginger.
