Aqui viene el fin de semana! Y parece que la rutina se abre paso entre todo lo que haces. Rompe con ella! Haz algo distinto con tu familia y/o amigos!
Aquí hay algunas ideas de lo que puedes hacer:
Deportes al aire libre
Ya sea que vivas en un lugar que siempre se mantiene solead y con buen clima durante todo el año o que estés en donde haya nieve durante el invierno, siempre hay alguna actividad al aire libre que puedas disfrutar con toda tu familia.
Andar en bicicleta es la opción perfecta para hacer afuera cuando hay un buen clima, y no necesitas tener tu propio equipo para disfrutarlo.
Muchos talleres locales de bicicletas suelen rentar las bibcicletas junto con todo el equipo de seguridad e incluso te ayudarán con los cascos y pads para los codos y rodillas para asegurarte que los estas usando correctamente.
Si la nieve está presenta adonde vives, empaca todo y vete hacia al area para hacer ski lo más cerca posible.
Ir a los bolos
No te olvides de ese lugar para jugar boliche en la ciudad cuando estés buscando algo diferente que hacer en un día lluvioso o nevado.
Ponte esos zapatos graciosos, haz equipos y pasala bien compitiendo con los chicos.
Si tus hijos son muy pequeños, pidele a los encargados del boliche que te brinden esos “bumpers” para las líneas y así evitar que las bolas se vayan por el canal.
Eventos deportivos en vivo
Llevame a ver el partido! ¿A quién no le encanta ver un evento deportivo en vivo? Ponte la camiseta de tu equipo favorito y sal con tu familia al parque, a la cancha o al estadio.
Consigue unos hotdogs, algunas nueces, ponte cómodo en tu asiento y apoya a tu equipo hacia la victoria!
Ya llegó el fin de semana! Y no dejes que la rutine acabe con la diversión. Haz algo distinto con tu familia y/o amigos!

Here comes the weekend! And it seems like routine is getting its way into everything you do. Break with it! Do something different with your family and/or friends!
Here are some great family weekend activities:
Outdoor Sports
Whether you live somewhere that stays warm all year, or in an area that is subjected to snow and ice during the winter months, there is always an outdoor activity that can be enjoyed by the entire family.
Biking is the perfect outdoor activity for nice weather, and you don’t need to own any equipment to enjoy it.
Many local bike shops rent bikes and safety gear and they will even fit you with a helmet and pads to ensure you are wearing them correctly.
If snow is in the forecast, bundle up and head to the closest ski area.
Again, you can rent the equipment, and a lesson from a professional ski instructor will have you gliding down the slopes in no time. Look for packages that include kids’ lessons, as well.
Bowling
Don’t forget the local bowling alley when you’re looking for something different to do on a rainy or snowy day. Throw on the goofy shoes and partake in a little competition with your kids. If your children are young, ask the bowling alley to supply bumpers for the lanes to avoid any gutter balls.
Live Sporting Event
Take me out to the ball game! Who doesn’t love a live sporting event? Don your player’s jersey and support your favorite professional team with a family outing to the ballpark or stadium.
Grab a hot dog and some peanuts, settle into your seat, and root your team on to a win.
Break out the routine and get off the couch! Do something different and enjoy a great weekend with your family or friends!
