El fin de semana ya está aquí pero eso no significa que hay que descuidarnos. Así que para que cierres la semana pasándola bien, te doy una lista de varias bebidas con sus porcentajes y cuanto tienen de calorías para que escojas con que quieres brindar!

Si quieres hacer un cálculo de cuántas calorías tiene cada bebida, has de tener en cuenta que a mayor graduación alcohólica, más calorías contienen. Por ejemplo, la cerveza suave o baja en calorías tiene un nivel de alcohol del 3%. Las cervezas normales o las negras tienen una graduación de entre el 3 y el 8%.

TOMA ALCOHOL CON CUIDADO

El contenido de alcohol del vino está entre un 8 y un 13%, aproximadamente, siendo más bajo el promedio entre los vinos blancos que entre los tintos. En las bebidas destiladas, las cantidades y las calorías se disparan, alcanzando concentraciones de entre un 30 y un 96%. Por ejemplo, licores dulces como el jerez contienen de un 40 a 50% de alcohol; el whisky y el coñac contiene alrededor de un 40%; y las bebidas denominadas espirituosas, como el orujo, alcanzan el 96%. Si con esto todavía no te haces a la idea de las calorías que ingieres cuando sales de marcha, en la siguiente tabla te proponemos una serie de bebidas con las que podrás echar la cuenta por cada trago que te tomas (30 ml):

  • Bloody Mary. Alcohol 12%, 23.2 calorías.
  • Piña Colada. Alcohol 12%, 58.2 calorías.
  • Tequila. Alcohol 14%, 34.3 calorías.
  • Ginebra con tónica. Alcohol 9%, 22.8 calorías.
  • Daiquiri. Alcohol 28%, 55.5 calorías.
  • Vinos. Entre 10 y 14% de alcohol, 21.2 calorías.
  • Vinos dulces. Entre 3.5 y 6% de alcohol, 18.3 calorías.
  • Cerveza. Entre un 5 y un 8% de alcohol, 12.5 calorías.

The weekend’s here! but it doesn’t mean we will stop taking care of ourselves. So, to close the week with a big finale, I’ll give you a list of various drinks and how much their percentage of calories is, so you can choose the perfect one for you to toast! Cheers!

 

If you want to make an estimate of how many calories are in each drink, you should bear in mind that the higher the alcohol content, the more calories they contain. For example, beer, light, or low calorie has an alcohol level of 3%. The normal beer or Black has a ranking of between 3 and 8%.

The alcohol content of wine is between 8 and 13%, approximately the average being lower among whites than among the reds. In distilled spirits, quantities and calories soar, reaching concentrations between 30 and 96%. For example, sweet liquors such as sherry contain 40 to 50% alcohol, whiskey and brandy contain about 40%, and drinks called spirits, as Marc, reach 96%.
